The Accounting Course Level 4 will prepare student to utilise all the theory knowledge into the accounting software. In this course, Sage UBS Computerised Accounting System will be used to prepare trainee the last stage of accounting course. This course focusing on the usage of Sage UBS Computerised Accounting System in performing all tedious financial record keeping and reporting needs, which are normally found in manual accounting system.

After completing this course, trainee should be able to:
1. Apply the accounting concept to UBS from keyboarding to printing chart of accounts, general ledger and profit & loss accounts.
2. Be able to differentiate between add transactions and quick entries.
3. Maintain opening and closing stock values to produce trading and profit & loss account.
4. Using the appropriation account for corporation tax and dividends.
5. Extend the concept to other type of account such as contract account with many projects, organisation with many cost centre, etc.
